The Tree House is located off the road to the Anse Chastanet Resort near Soufriere. This area boasts many species of birds, flowers and fauna and is abundant with colors and foliage year round. There are only a few other villas on the hillside so at times it feels like you have to whole place to yourselves. Take a short hike (approx. 20 mins.) to the top of the hill and you will be rewarded with a spectacular view of the town of Soufriere, once the historic capitol of St. Lucia. From the top of the hill, you can see and hear the sights and sounds of the town. The rainforest, volcano and Mount Gimie, the largest mountain on the island, can also be seen from this view point.
Back at the Tree House, take a dip in your private plunge pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Relax in the afternoon with your favorite book or beverage as the sun sets into the sparkling Caribbean Sea. Drop banana slices in the bird bowl and watch over 10 species of birds congregate for feeding time. From the balcony, there are amazing views of the Caribbean Sea, St. Vincent, the famous Petit and Gros Pitons and Anse Chastanet Bay. As the evening darkens, venture outside and gaze as the sky reveals the universe. Watch closely as you should be able to see a shooting star!!
